-Payment-

We will accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal and Postal money orders.
A personal check is welcome but must clear the bank before animals are shipped which can take 7-15 business days.
Please make all checks payable to K&N Reptiles. Orders must be paid
in full before animals will be shipped.
Any order cancelled that was paid with a credit card is subject to
a 8% cancellation charge once the credit card has been prossessed.
-Shipping-
We ship with UPS next day air service, Southwest Air and Delta Dash.
We ship out every Monday &Tuesday.
Your order must be processed by 12:00 noon central time to be shipped that day! Orders over $700.00 will be shipped Delta Dash unless discussed otherwise.
UPS and FedEx freight is $50.00 and
freight for Delta Dash and Southwest is $90.00.
There will be a $20.00 box fee for larger wholesale orders .
-Guarantee-
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding upon arrival.
We do not guarantee live delivery in extreme temperatures
(Below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees)
if a package is lost by the delivery service.
Please contact us within 24 hours if there is any problem with your order.
If you have any concerns please contact us so we can be aware of the situation.
To reserve any animal a 25% deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable.We will hold orders for no longer that 14 days unless other wise discussed.
-Payment Plans-
1. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to start all payment plans.
2.The remaining balance minus shipping will be divided in to equal payments which will be due monthly or bimonthly (your choice).

3. The date I receive the deposit the plan will start and that will also be the due date for your payments on the months to follow.

4. All plans exceeding 2 months will be charged a feeding fee of $15.00 per animal and along with shipping will be added to your last payment.

5. If for any reason you change your mind about the purchase we will void your purchase plan and any payments made up to that point will be held as a credit minus the deposit to be used at a later date of your choosing.

6. Missed payment will be considered a cancellation of your payment plan. Your payment plan will be voided and any payments made up to that point will be held as a credit minus the deposit to be used at a later date of your choosing.

7. Credits will expire after 1 year from the date of the canceled plan.

8. If you except these requirements of our payment plan and wish to start your purchase you must e-mail us saying so and also providing your full name, phone number and shipping information. I will also need to know the duration of your plan 1 or 2 months and if you wish for your payment to be divided in to monthly or bimonthly payments.
